The Chen family has been active in the real estate industry in New York for three generations. Xiao Jun(Leon)Chen has followed in his father’s footsteps into the construction business since 2005. During this period Leon acted as general contractor in the development and completion of more than 10 hotels for a variety of national chains.

In 2007, Leon Chen started a building supply company to help support his family’s ever growing construction business. He owns and operates Super Plumbing and Building Supply located at 56 12 58th St in Maspeth.

Since 2011, Leon Chen has served as a developer spearheading the successful financing and construction of numerous hotels throughout the five boroughs.

He has also successfully completed other commercial and residential
developments in the Borough of Queens and Brooklyn.
